We offer a range of payment options. If your preferred method is not listed below, please see the Payment options page on our website.

Are you experiencing difficulties paying your water bill? We can assist with a range of payment support programs and grants. Please see the Help with your bill page on our website.


Credit card
Pay using your Visa or Mastercard, without a surcharge. Secure payments provided by Bambora.
Have your account number and balance owing handy.

Or call 131 691 with your City West Water account number and Visa or Mastercard details ready, and our team will process your payment (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm), or you can self-serve after hours.


Direct debit

You can do this by logging into your MyAccount, under “Bills and Payments”.
Please note, direct debit via credit card is not currently available.

Payment plans

We offer EasyWay payment plans, as well as Centrepay for Centrelink customers.
